Ingredients

Ingredients 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 1/4 pounds fresh rice noodles cut into 1 inch strips 1 tsp. Thai fish sauce 1 tsp. Thai sweet black ben sauce 2 tbsps. olive oil 16 medium shrimp (21-25) shelled/deveined and /or 8 ounces uncooked beef, chicken or pork 12 ounces Chinese Broccoli cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces ( about 1 3/4 pounds before trimming ) 1 1/2 tsps. finely chopped garlic 2 tsp. Dead Red or 1 tsp. Super High Octane or 1 tsp. Bhut Sauce 3 cups Chicken Stock 2 tbsps. Thai Fish Sauce 2 tbsps. Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp. rice vinegar 1 tsp. white pepper 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 1/2 tbsps. all purpose flour mixed with 1/4 cup cold water

Directions: Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add noodles and saute for 2 minutes. Add 1 tsp. fish sauce and black bean sauce and continue to saute for 1 more minute. Transfer to a large serving bowl and set aside. Heat 2 tbsps. olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add shrimp, meat, broccoli, garlic and black bean condiment and saute for 1 1/2 minutes. add stock, 2 tbsps. fish sauce, your RocketFuel Hot Sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, white pepper and cayenne pepper and bring to boil. Slowly add flour/water mixture, stirring constantly to prevent lumps, and return to boil. Pour mixture over cooked noodles and serve. Serves 4 Send Us A Photo!
