BBQ Skinless Chicken w Fresh Mint

  1. 3- 4 lbs. of Chicken Drum Sticks & Thighs
  2. sea salt
  3. Ginger Powder
  4. onion powder
  5. garlic powder
  6. smoke paprika
  7. chopped dry chives
  8. RocketFuel Ghost Powder
  9. RocketFuel TMS Super High Octane
  10. chopped mint
  11. Grilled Cubanelle Peppers
  12. Grilled Sausage


  • 3- 4 lbs. of Chicken Drum Sticks & Thighs
  • Remove all skin and make 3 - 4 1 inch cuts in both sides Drum stick and thighs.
  • Wash and place in an extra large zip lock bag.
  • Add 2 teaspoons of pink sea salt.
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Powder, 2 teaspoons onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder and 1 tablespoon smoke paprika.
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped dry chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon of RocketFuel Ghost Powder and 1 tablespoon of RocketFuel TMS Super High Octane. 1 cup finely chopped mint.
  • Serve with sides of Grilled Cubanelle Peppers, Grilled Sausage (light sprinkle of Chile powder) and Grilled String beans and Mushrooms w roasted Garlic salt (salt, Italian herbs and two dashes of Balsamic Vinegar.
